Technical Illustration is all about communicating dense, oftentimes complicated information to an end user. It requires a good eye for color, contrast, line weight, text placement, and visual flow. My background in engineering and design help me choose what to show the end user and how best to convey the required parameters in a clean, accurate, and aesthetic way.
I used a combination of CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and SolidWorks Composer to create the illustration and instruction page layouts you see here.
